My name is Nikhil Shah.

After twenty years at the forefront of the software development industry, I have dedicated myself to a new mission: fostering the next generation of thinkers, creators, and leaders across the UK.

While my background in Computer Science and Engineering provided me with a career defined by technical innovation, my true calling has always been  to do something in teaching. I believe that education is far more than the transfer of information; it is the process of building a student’s confidence and sharpening their ability to think critically. My passion lies in helping students move past “learning for the exam” to reach a place of genuine, fundamental understanding.

I am driven by the belief that every child, from Year 1 through to A-Levels, deserves an advocate who sees their potential and understands their unique learning style. I view the academic journey as a collaborative partnership. Whether a student is navigating the foundational building blocks of primary school or the high-pressure environment of advanced qualifications, I am committed to providing the structured support and inspiration they need to thrive.

My philosophy is rooted in a “growth mindset”—the idea that no subject is too difficult and no hurdle is insurmountable when approached with the right logic and encouragement. I am deeply passionate about cultivating well-rounded individuals.
