With more than 25 years of experience as a health professional, over 30 years as a coach, and more than a decade as a tutor, I feel in myself a rare blend of expertise, insight, and lived experience. My career has been dedicated to supporting individuals in achieving sustainable growth—physically, mentally, and professionally—through evidence-based practice, coaching excellence, and education. 

I am deeply passionate about learning and lifelong development. I firmly believe, as Francis Bacon so powerfully stated, that “knowledge is power.” Knowledge equips us to make informed decisions, unlock potential, and create meaningful change in our lives and communities. When knowledge is shared with clarity, purpose, and empathy, it becomes a catalyst for transformation.
